Born and raised in Burlingame, CA, I grew up in a multi-cultural household with my brother and sister. My father is Italian and Irish, while my mother is Filipino and Cherokee Indian. They both exposed me to vastly different points of view, which always manage to influence my work. The definition of advertising varies from person to person.  Typically I see most advertising as the ability to ingrain a specific point of view on an audience for a product; through your work. For me, it is being able to connect with a brand on a visual and ideological level that makes this industry worth the challenge of pursuing.
